My husband and I wanted to purchase a house half way across the country, and it would be site unseen. When we finally landed on one,Jade processed the offers and acceptances quickly. Then she went out of her way to video a walk through for us, and to point out some goodthings, as well as potential items for repair, that would not have shown in website pictures. And she did a great job in helping to coordinate the signing through multiple out-of-state title companies.We are now reasonably comfortable with making this venture.

I called Jade and let her know that I was interested in getting my house on the market as quickly as possible. She calmly explained theprocess and made time to meet with me on two consecutive days. My home was listed on the market within 3 days of my contacting Jade andthe sale was complete with no issues within just a few weeks.
