Super friendly, kind, responsive, thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated. Of course it can be a very stressful process, but she was with us every step of the way. My husband and I wanted to purchase a house half way across the country, and it would be site unseen. When we finally landed on one,Jade processed the offers and acceptances quickly. Then she went out of her way to video a walk through for us, and to point out some goodthings, as well as potential items for repair, that would not have shown in website pictures. And she did a great job in helping to coordinate the signing through multiple out-of-state title companies.We are now reasonably comfortable with making this venture.

If you are looking to buy or sell a home in the Rice Lake area, I would highly recommend Jade Green with Coldwell Banker in Rice Lake, WI.
My husband and I live in Nevada and were looking for a summer home in Wisconsin. Our Realtor who we were working with had a vacation planned during part of our stay. He referred us to Jade while he was on vacation. I wasn't looking forward to working with another Realtor but we were presently surprised when we met Jade. She was very gracious to meet with us and show us property. We had several questions that she did not have the answers to but she did the research and got back to us with intelligent and well researched answers in a timely manner. She listened to what we wanted and kept an eye on the market and made very good choices of properties to look at. We ended up purchasing a property that our Realtor showed us prior to his vacation but was so impressed with Jade that I felt compelled to write this recommendation. My husband and I own a Real Estate Brokerage firm in Mesquite, NV so we know the difference between a good Realtor and a great one. Jade is a great Realtor. You can't go wrong with Jade whether buying or selling a home.
