I began my career in teaching, but my lifelong dream came true when I entered the real estate world 2017! I always had a passion for working with and serving people. Nicole is amazing. We were first time home buyers and Nicole was so knowledgable and helpful throughout the whole process. She kept us updated on every house we went to for a showing, she even did a few virtual walk through's with us as we lived 1.5 hours from where we were house searching. She helped us write an awesome offer for a house we loved and it got accepted even within this crazy market and other offers on the table. She helped us and checked in on us through the entire closing process. We would recommend her to anyone and everyone looking for an awesome realtor!

We knew that buying and selling a home would be a large decision, so we wanted to work with someone that we could trust. We chose to work with Nicole Dorwin and had a wonderful experience. The services Coldwell Banker and Nicole were able to offer us were very instrumental in us selling our home. Nicole walked us through the selling process, gave us tips on staging, and helped us to choose a fair listing price by giving us comparisons of similar properties. With all our combined efforts, our home received an offer on the first day it was listed!When we started looking for a home to buy, Nicole would perform a thorough inspection every time we viewed a new property, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Throughout the process, every time we had a question, she was quick to answer our calls or emails. The best part about working with Nicole was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs, than she was on closing a deal.
