5 Stars: Well, if I could give Wendy more than 5 Stars I would. She was absolutely great when it came to selling our home near Chetek. We live in Milwaukee area and we were selling out parents home up there. We needed to get some work done and Wendy did most of the leg work, calling people, setting up meetings, making suggestions and recommendations, etc. Due to the ling winter/spring we had to delay closing a couple of times to get this work done. During the whole time, Wendy was in constant contact with both us and the Buyers. Her cheerful approach never changed. Thank you Wendy for a wonderful job.

I was fortunate enough to work with Wendy on purchasing a home. My situation was a bit unique because the home I bought was Wendy's! I was a little hesitant at first working with the owner of the house who was also the listed agent for the home. However, Wendy made us feel 100% comfortable and was very upfront and honest. I was actually taken back by her honesty because there were things Wendy told us that she would not have had to and we would have never know. Wendy not only did an incredible job with the sale of her home, she also went out of her way to make certain that everything was 100% clean and ready to use. We did not have to do anything to the home before moving our things in. It was literally like moving into a brand new built home. I would recommend Wendy to anyone, she is not only an outstanding agent, she's a great person.
